Comprehensive Warranty Coverage
Every product from Server Superstore is backed by our 90-day warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If your purchase arrives DOA or malfunctions, simply fill out the RMA Request Form via the link provided. We strive to deliver your order on time and in perfect working condition.

How to Return Your Purchase

For Products Under Warranty:

  1. Contact our support team with a description of your issue.
  2. We’ll assist you with remote troubleshooting.
  3. If the issue isn’t resolved remotely, we’ll guide you through the RMA process and provide an RMA number for returning the defective item.

For Items Damaged During Shipping:

  1. Inspect your purchase upon delivery for any shipping damage.
  2. Contact us within three (3) business days if you find any damage.
  3. Returns requested after the three-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For General Returns:

  1. Notify us within 15 business days if you wish to return a product for reasons other than warranty or shipping damage.
  2. Follow our return policy for a smooth return process.

Return Instructions:

  • Include the RMA number on your return shipping label.
  • Ensure items are shipped before the warranty period expires to qualify for a refund.
  • Use a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for lost packages.
  • Upon receipt, we’ll inspect and test your returned items and issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
  • Shipping fees will be refunded if the product is found to be defective.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card).

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t been shipped yet by contacting us via email or phone.
  • Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can follow our return policy.

Our products are covered against defects in packaging, functionality, materials, and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. We’ll repair, replace, upgrade, or refund defective items based on your preference and our capabilities. The warranty covers all products and parts, with free shipping for replacements within the Continental US. For orders outside the Continental US, shipping costs for replacements aren’t covered.
